First we begin by making an appointment, this gives us uninterrupted time to hear your story, understand and respect the items, we may be updating, and ask the necessary questions to get to the bottom of what you are hoping to create.

Our skilled designer takes in all of the information you have, whether it be a sketch, photos or pieces you love to wear and then talks you through the new design, constantly involving you in the process.

At the end of the appointment we lodge your items in, then create a sketch from all the information we discuss during the appointment. We then contact you with the design and check to see if there's any revisions you need, we are always open to feedback because at the end of the day we understand that you may be wearing this ring everyday, and we want you to absolutely love wearing it!!

Diamond Marquise and Pave Ring

As you can see with the photos above we had an engagement and wedding ring to remodel. The client was happy to add additional diamonds to the design, so we came up with this design as she was a very blingy person.

Wedding Ring

Our client had his two grandfathers wedding rings and wanted to combine to them to create his own. This was a very sentimental piece, and we always feel honoured when our clients trust us with creating their sppecial pieces.

Divorce Ring

Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, that doesn't mean you need to get rid of your pieces, just make them better !! Our client wanted to keep the design low and wearable for everyday, without adding any new gems.

Bangle

If you have gold at home, broken chains, single earrings, jewellery you don't wear anymore.The more gold, the better! It doesn't cost much more if you're using 15grams or 60grams, you just get a bigger more valuable bangle! However if your looking for something more unique like the bangle in the photo, we can do that too!

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process. Generally speaking, once the design has been approved the piece can take 6-8 weeks.
