Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process. Generally speaking, once the design has been approved the piece can take 6-8 weeks, but if you have a special date in mind let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate..

However, if multiple redesigns are required beyond refining the original design, we may request a non-refundable design deposit to continue. This is because creating detailed sketches and concepts can take one to two hours of dedicated design time.
This deposit is simply a show of commitment to moving forward in the process, and ensures we can continue giving your piece the care, time and attention it deserves.
